gardener - part time

What You'll Do

🌿 Maintain gardens - tasks include but are not limited to weeding, digging, pruning, trimming, raking, staking, fertilizing, mulching, etc.

🌿 Work with and learn about local native plants

🌿 Participate in installations, cleanups and potential consultations

What We're Looking For

🌿 Desire to work with plants outside in varying weather conditions

🌿 Have your own transportation

🌿 Work and multitask independently and efficiently, be a quick learner and critical thinker
🌿 Work flexible hours MONDAY - FRIDAY, no weekends

🌿 Lift heavy weights & use hand tools
🌿 Landscaping experience with native plants is a plus - but we’re happy to train the right person!

📍 Location: Northern Virginia & DC
⏳ Hours: Part-time, with potential for full-time growth
💰 Pay: starting at $20/hour, based on experience
